Classic Cars at Hesslewood 2025 – Supporting Humber Rescue

Hesslewood Charitable Causes Fund invites you to our popular ‘Classic Cars at Hesslewood’ event, this year raising crucial funds for the dedicated volunteers at Humber Rescue.
Whether you’re a classic car enthusiast or simply looking for a fun-filled family day in Hessle, East Yorkshire, we aim to make this an enjoyable day out for everyone.

Admire a huge and diverse range of vintage, classic, and modern classic cars and motorcycles from across the region.

Majestic Birds of Prey Displays:

Join us on Sunday, 17th August 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for our 5th annual Classic Cars at Hesslewood event, set in the beautiful grounds of Hesslewood Office Park, Ferriby Road, Hessle, East Yorkshire, HU130LH.
Building on the success of previous years, and once again supported by East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club, we anticipate another fantastic and well-attended event.
Event FAQs
Is the event outdoors?
Yes, Classic Cars at Hesslewood is an outdoor event. We also provide a small area of covered seating. Please plan for all eventualities, and help us raise as much as we can for Humber Rescue, come rain or shine.
How much is a visitor ticket and can I pre-book?
Visitor tickets cost £3 for individuals and £10 for a family (max of 2 adults). Tickets are available in advance through Eventbrite. Click the ‘Get Your Visitor Ticket now’ button or use the link, here.
You can also pay cash or card at the gate, on the day.
100% of funds raised through the Classic Cars at Hesslewood event is being donated to Humber Rescue, and we are grateful for your support to raise as much as we can for this fantastic organisations and their volunteers.
How do I register my Classic Car/Motorcycle?
Please register your vehicle by purchasing a ticket through Eventbrite. Click the ‘Exhibit you Classic Vehicle’ button or use the link, here. Please have your vehicle details to hand.
You will pay a £5 charitable donation (this includes event entry for you and all of your passengers). We encourage all classic vehicle exhibitors to book in advance, as early as possible, as this really helps us to plan for the event and display areas.
Vehicles who have not pre-booked can attend on the day, and will pay a £10 charitable donation on the gate.
100% of funds raised through the Classic Cars at Hesslewood event is being donated to Humber Rescue, and we are grateful for your support to raise as much as we can for this fantastic organisations and their volunteers.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. You will be directed by our volunteers on the day.
Do you accept card payment?
We accept card payments for any on-the-day entry. We know from previous events that many of the stalls also accept card payments. In the event you do need cash for anything, we also have an ATM on site.
Is the site accessible for wheelchair users?
We have accessible toilets and walkways. We have a limited number of disabled parking spaces. Please note that stalls are mainly on grassed parkland, overflow parking is on grassland, and some of the classic vehicles being exhibited may be on gravelled areas.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, baby changing is available at one of the site toilets. On the day, there will be event maps dotted around and on the website. We also have a number of volunteers on the day, who would be happy to direct you to the baby changing facility.
Is there medical assistance on site?
Yes. We have first responders/trained paramedics from Hall Med on site, throughout the Classic Cars at Hesslewood event.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Yes, dogs are welcome at the Classic Cars at Hesslewood event. We ask that dogs are kept on leads at ALL times, please.
