Capital Park

After the success of Unit 7, there was a real buzz around this next stage of our development at Capital Park, Beverley. Completed in early 2025,Unit 8 became a production centre for Easihold – the award-winning stone and mulch binder from Vuba , a company founded right here in the region back in 2009 that has grown into a global leader in surfacing solutions.

The Dovecote

The Dovecote is a two-storey office building designed and built by Brooklands Property Holdings Ltd. Taking cues from the architectural aesthetic of our much-loved Treetops development, blending Hesslewood’s heritage charm with a fresh, contemporary feel. We’re delighted that Adams & Green, a respected name in the UK’s feed fat production sector, chose The Dovecote as the next chapter in their journey
